Annual Sporting Review (of) 2011
Our annual Sporting Review will be held on Friday 27th Jan at Whitemead Forest Park (CSMA Parkend). It'll be £20 per head for a 3 course dinner.

or better still, bring them along to the club meeting - next one is Monday December 19th.
We need to let the venue know numbers by 2 weeks before the event, so as much as we would like your hard-earned dosh beforehand, it's much more important that we know who is attending and what your choices from the menu are!
So please, have a look at the menu, send me an email (chairman@wgdfmcc.org.uk) with your choices or give me a ring!

Starters
1. Cream of Winter Vegetable Soup served with toasted croutons
2. Classic Prawn Cocktail Served with brown bread & butter
3. Fan of Galia Melon dressed with a raspberry coulis
Main Course
4. Slow Roasted Topside of Beef Served with Yorkshire pudding and roast potatoes.
5. Salmon En Croute. Salmon fillet topped with thyme herb butter, encased in puff pastry and served with a white wine lemon butter sauce.
6. Mediterranean Vegetable Tart, puff pastry tart filled with roasted vegetables and topped with mozzarella cheese.
Desserts
7. Profiteroles, choux pastry balls filled with dairy cream smothered in lashings of chocolate sauce.
8. Lemon Cheesecake, Served with Raspberry Coulis and Cream.
9. Warm Treacle Sponge Pudding, Served with Custard.
Meal to be served 7:30 prompt (ok, as close to 7:30 as poss! Aim for 7:00) Don't miss this once in a lifetime experience.
