Border100 Hare & Hounds Enduro - 5th November 2006
Supplementary Regulations and Entry Form
Results (Yes they will be out here quickly but not that quick!)
We have regretfully had to postpone our Hare & Hounds event. As yet we do not have a replacement date as it will be in the New Year sometime. There are many reasons for postponing, such as the unfortunate clash of dates, which weren't known when the permit was applied for, plus the scarcity of good medical cover and a minimal immediate uptake.
Some alternative events on the same day are. May we suggest Builth H&H at Bwlchciliau which is a long lap forestry area or there is a local AMCA event with Cotswold Enduro Club at Malmesbury - an around the fields venue.
Should you like the opportunity of a slightly different ride prior to that, we have a Trail and Enduro bike Fun Trial at Hendre near Monmouth on Sat afternoon 28 Oct - you do need a Trials rear tyre though! Regs and info
This is a new venture for the club at a new venue. We have so many riders who are thoroughly enjoying other H&H Enduros that it was inevitable we had to organise our own. Matt Neale is Clerk of the Course and has put a team together to run the event. Preliminary investigations show we could have a lap length of about 7 miles of varied going which would be easy enough for newcomers to have a go too. Consequently we have classes for Trail Bikes and Twinshocks.
We hope to keep you informed on this page of everything pertaining to the event. Try the links on the right hand side.
We hope to use one of our club member's new computer programs to compile the results virtually instantaneously and present any awards quickly after the last man finishes, so stick around to see where you came.
There will also be available a service where you can ask for a printout of a graph showing your lap times compared with up to 5 named friends/rivals for a small fee (to be donated to a local charity) so bring some cash! You can really show how good you were even if it was only one lap!
